Washer/Dryer in basement. Waterfront patio for BBQs, sun bathing, or simply relaxing. Charming wrap-around garden. Internet access. Available for 1-6 week swap anytime between May 15 and July 30. Close to Marin Headlands and Briones Park for great hiking. A short 1.5 hour train ride from Sacramento, CA's capital. 3+ hours from the Sierra Mountains and Lake Tahoe. Possible exchange for second home in the mountains as well.
