Our Home

My apartment is in a great building located right in the heart of downtown Vancouver – Trendy Yaletown. There are one bedroom, den, separate office, kitchen, and one bathroom. There is a fireplace in the living room, very comfortable sofa and one really big armchair.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed (one year old), and the den has one twin bed. There is one nice bathroom with tub and shower. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, and I also have in suite washer/drier. There is also wireless internet, and a nice TV with digital programs.

Vancouver is consistently ranked as #1 (or #2) most livable cities in the world. It's natural beauty and cosmopolitan culture attracts people from all over the world.
The world-famous Granville Island Market is 5 minute aqua-bus (water taxi) ride away.

And you a few blocks away from the famous seawall that takes you right into Stanley Park, one of the largest urban parks in North America.
There are many artisan's shops, Emily Carr School of Art and wonderful seaside dining. There are several beaches along the stretch of the city, and shopping on famous Robson Street is just one block away.
There are many fine, ethnic, as well as outstanding restaurants (including the recently crowned “Iron Chef” Rob Feenie's restaurant, Lumiere. Most of them just within a 5 minute walk.
My condo is also conveniently located within 30 minutes of the local ski hills, and only 1,5 hrs by car from the world's best ski resort at Whistler/Blackomb home of the 2010 Olympics (Train access is also available).
You can ski, hike, mountain bike, rock climb, swim, and sail much of the year. Whale watching tours are available in season. Cultural attractions are museums, art galleries, and many theaters, all in within walking distance.
