Luxurious condominium with 2 BR, 2 baths, on golf course in Shipyard Plantation on Hilton Head Island. 2 blocks from the beautiful beach. 2 tennis courts, 2 pools, (1 heated), with deck overlooking the 6th fairway of the Brigantine Shipyard Golf Course.
Our unit is newly remodeled, with new furniture, appliances, carpeting, window and bed treatments. Washer / dryer. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with Wolfgang Puch cookware. Master suite has king-size bed, and bath has jacuzzi tub with separate garden shower. 27" TV, with DVD / VCR player. Digital cable TV. Second TV in master bathroom. There are six gas BBQ grills located on the property for your use. We have had many people stay at our condo, and they have all praised its beauty and without exception they have had a great island vacation.
Our Neighbourhood 
Shipyard Plantation is mid-island on the Atlantic Coast. It is arguably the most beautiful plantation on Hilton Head Island. Huge live oaks with hanging spanish moss abound, as do palm trees and other tropical flora. Watch out for the alligators! They are generally quite peaceful, and are really fascinating to watch.
Brigantine Quarters is located at the end of a dead-end street and is very peaceful and safe. You will love it here.
