A quiet home in Vancouver's popular Dunbar neighbourhood.

Our home includes the main house, a charming renovated 1928 house with two full bathrooms, master bedroom, two living areas, office, kitchen and dining areas. (The office can be converted into an additional bedroom.) There are hardwood floors throughout and a welcoming feel.

The downstairs living room has a fireplace and the upstairs living room has an airy feel and large deck off of it.

We also have a studio which is an outbuilding in the backyard just steps away from the house. The studio is a modern space that sleeps up to four with its own bathroom and grand piano. This light-filled space opens onto the courtyard between the house and studio.

There is also a lovely garden with year-round green and blooms, and an outdoor grill.

Bi-weekly housekeeping is included in the house exchange.

Dunbar is one of Vancouver's loveliest neighbourhoods, great for families, couples or singles.

Our home is steps from tennis courts and parks, and just three blocks from the 763 hectare Pacific Spirit Park with forests, streams and trails.

We're one block from excellent groceries, cafés, restaurants, a wine store, public library and a cinema.

The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet. Public transit is frequent and easy to use.


About Us

David is the Artistic Director of Music on Main, a classical and contemporary music series. Brian is a software engineer and pianist.
