Comfortable large modern 4-5 bedroom home with ocean views in the Perth suburb of City Beach. 4 minutes walk to a lovely beach, heated swimming pool and in very good condition throughout. Airconditioned and centrally heated. The main bedroom has an ensuite, walk in dressing room and ocean views from its own private balcony.

There are 4 other bedrooms and 3 other bathrooms, two studies and three separate living areas. It also has a lovely garden and an outdoor dining area next to the pool. The house is well equipped for children, with an abundance of toys. We have a 1998 Volvo Estate and bicycles available for your use.

Upmarket beachside suburb of Perth. One of the more desirable areas of Perth in which to live because of its proximity to the beach, easy access to the city and large comfortable family homes. The beaches of Perth are beautiful - uncrowded, very clean, and stretching for miles.

Excellent for walking, fishing, swimming and surfing, or just having a coffee or a meal in a beautiful location. 4 minute walk to lovely beach. Neighbours are very friendly and lots of families in our street. The City is 15 minutes drive away and there is good shopping close by as well. A great choice of restaurants, pubs and coffee shops just minutes drive away. Easy access from our home to locations outside of Perth, including the South West area of Western Australia and the world famous Margaret River wine region. Other attractions include the North-West coast for diving, snorkelling, whale watching or swimming with dolphins and the unique island of Rottnest, which is only a 20 minute boat ride away and which you can see from our home. From September through November there is an abundance of wildflowers in the surrounding countryside. Perth winters are mild and spring (September - November) is beautiful.
