A lovely 3-storey victorian house in the heart of Clapham Old Town which was totally refurbished in 2005. 3 minutes walk from the common, tube and high street and the West End is only 25 minutes by tube.

On the upper 2 floors there are 2 bedrooms, a study with a sofa bed that can be used as a third bedroom, two bathrooms and a separate wc. We also have a separate dressing room and study on the top floor.

Downstairs we have a double reception room, separate dining room and a bright new kitchen with sliding glass doors through to a small garden.

Our Neighbourhood

Clapham is a lively area with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and a cinema, as well as the famous common which is the closest thing London has to a beach in summer.

More about the neighbourhood

There's a good mix of residents - middle class families love Moens organic butcher, the fishmonger and great restaurants like Morel, whilst the high street's bars are popular with the slightly younger crowd.

Despite all this on our doorstep, we live on a very quiet street with peace and quiet guranteed.

Transport links are great - the Northern line can get you to the West End or the City in under 30 mins, and Clapham Junction (10 mins by bus) has excellent train links to almost all points South and West, including destinations such as Richmond, Brighton and Windsor.
